Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts fresh
  • 4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or 1 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Quarter the brussels sprouts.
  • Toss with remaining ingredients on a foil lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Bake 5-10 minutes longer if additional crispiness is desired.
