Through more than five years of following the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle, I've found that not everyone enjoys cooking, so some are simple recipes while there are other, more complex recipes for those who enjoy a bit of a challenge.
Bonus: cooking or baking a new recipe can help keep your mind busy and offer a great distraction (read: coping skill) from everything going on around us.
