Those two words are so loaded, aren’t they? Some people think mental illnesses aren’t real. Those people probably don’t have one. I wish mental illnesses weren’t real, some days. God made me this way though – so He must have had a reason. I don’t know why. Maybe if I did know it would be easier, but somehow I doubt it.
