If you struggle with mental illness, you aren’t alone… although it likely often feels that way. This mental health workbook is about community, and surrounding ourselves with the help we want AND need.
Sometimes we make ourselves an island, when all friends and family really want to do is help. With a digital download workbook (you will NOT receive a physical product) that you can print and fill out, the sections can be handed off as needed so that trustworthy people in your life can have access to helpful information to assist you as needed.
“Section 4: Planning Ahead” is one such section, with areas to fill out on pet and child care plus how to handle your job/employer should you need inpatient care.
On the flip side, “Section 2: Let’s Assess” is more for you, with the ability to help you evaluate where you stand so that you can reevaluate at a later date and compare how far you’ve come.
Within these fourteen printable pages, there are eight pages of the mental health workbook to fill out – not counting an optional page for notes at the end.
After your initial download you can re-print pages as needed, so as an ink saving measure only one copy of each page is included in the original download.
